REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-night sleep trial, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@luntrum.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on items that have been used beyond normal trial use, items not in original packaging, or sale items.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current one and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@luntrum.com.
